You Can Choose Our Carriers.

We ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
We ship as fast as possible, 95% of orders ship within 2 business days Monday – Friday, unless we are out of stock, and then shipping will take 7 to 10 days.
Occasionally on Holiday’s, due to high volume, it will take us an extra couple of days. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
We ship by the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service (UPS) in the US.  For Canada, we ship International First Class Mail.

The normal delivery time from the package has left our warehouse is:

  • 2 Business day to the Georgia
  • 3 Business days to Alabama, Florida, S Carolina, N Carolina, Tennessee
  • 6 Business days to California

If nobody is at the address when UPS makes the delivery, a note is left in the mailbox and UPS leaves with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us. When you find the UPS note in your mailbox, contact them to arrange another delivery address,time or tell them the package can be left in your back yard etc.

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

The freight charge depends on your delivery address.

How much is the freight charge?

We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your delivery address and your purchase amount. Find your delivery zone below and see the freight charges – as well as your freight free limit.

 

Returns policy

Our goal is for you to be totally satisfied with your purchase!
Therefore, we offer and encourage the sample size portions of our loose leaf or sachet teas.  This allows our customers to sample new teas at a modest cost.  Note that sample size (1 oz) teas are not refundable.
In general, contact us within 15 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts).
Shipping fees will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part.  All returns must have return authorization from a Tastes of Tea representative before returning.  For tea ware and accessories, there is a 25% restocking fee.  Special order items cannot be returned.

It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
